Seokho Jeon ("Developer") takes the privacy of users who use the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Developer very seriously and has the following privacy policy.
By providing personal information to the Developer, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
This policy is effective as of June 20, 2025.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Developer processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information processed shall not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and separate consent shall be obtained when changing the purpose of use.
- Member management (registration, authentication, identification, withdrawal, etc.) and service usage history management
- Providing multiplayer game services and managing game statistics
- AdMob (advertising) and service improvement through Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Facebook, and Flurry Analytics
- App installation, deletion, and update events, device model and OS used, app event location, gender, age, and referral path, etc.
Article 2 (Processing and Retention of Personal Information)
The Developer shall process and retain personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or within the period of retention and use agreed upon by the information subject.

- AdMob: In accordance with Google's policy (link)
- Google Analytics for Firebase: As per Firebase policy (link)
- Supabase Authentication data: Retained until membership withdrawal, then immediately destroyed
Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Developer shall provide personal information to third parties only in accordance with the consent of the information subject, special provisions of the law, etc.
- AdMob (to provide advertisements)
- Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics)
- Supabase Inc. (Authentication / Database service)
- Purpose of provision: to provide membership and login functions and to store data
- Items provided: email address, password (hashed), user identifier (UUID), login/logout time, access IP, device information
- Retention period: until membership withdrawal

- Railway Inc. (server hosting service)
- Purpose of provision: backend server operation and data processing
- Items provided: user identifiers, game data, access logs
- Retention period: during the period of service use
- Processing policy: railway.com/legal/privacy
Article 4 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Developer entrusts the processing of personal information to external specialized companies as follows.

Article 5 (Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives)
The information subject may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, etc. of personal information at any time, and the Developer will take action without delay.

Article 6 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
- App itself: None
- External collection items such as AdMob, Analytics, etc.: in accordance with each service provider's policy
- Supabase Authentication
- Required items: email address, password (hashed), user identifier (UUID)
- Game-related information: game nickname, game statistics
- Social login information: Google/Apple account identifier (when using social login)
- Optional: none
- Service usage history: login/logout time, access IP, device information
Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
Personal information will be destroyed without delay at the end of the retention period or when the purpose of processing is fulfilled.
- Destruction procedure: selection of destruction target → Developer approval → destruction

- Electronic files: deleted by irrecoverable means
- Paper documents: shredding or incineration
Article 8 (Measures to Secure the Safety of Personal Information)
- Administrative measures: establishment and implementation of internal management plans, periodic training
- Technical measures: encryption, access control, access record keeping
- Physical measures: access control to computer rooms and data storage rooms
Article 9 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Collection Devices)
- The Developer may collect the user's ADID/IDFA and utilize it to provide customized advertisements.

- Android: Settings → Google Settings → Ads → Turn off Ad Personalization
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Restrict Ad Tracking

This section informs you of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
